Grading & Quality Control
Rigorous sorting, screening and quality classification.
Every lot is screened, density-sorted, colour-sorted and cup-tested against export benchmarks before it is released for shipment.
Our grading process combines mechanical screening with human quality control. We hit UCDA export grades reliably and can produce custom specifications — screen size, defect count, moisture, cup score — for professional buyers with tight requirements.
